We are pleased to announce that Concentric has been awarded Contract No. 2076EM26M "Site Restoration Works at Sunny Bay Vehicle Pound", by the EMSD of the HKSAR. This contract marks Concentric’s successful development of EMSD as a new client and further strengthens the Group’s client base in the public works sector.
With a contract period of 13 months, inclusive of the maintenance period, this is a GCC for Minor Works contract comprises the following scope:
- Demolish the existing aggregate/ sand in the site (approx. 1,300 square meter).
- Restore the site by laying and compacting 100 – 150mm thick Type I aggregate.
- Adjust the site ground level to align with the utility cover level and form the gradient to the existing drainage; and
- Remove all the rubbish and debris from the site.
