Concentric was commissioned by MTRCL to carry out the advance improvement works to the existing Public Transport Interchange to release space for their low rise commercial development atop of the existing lorry park next to Tsing Yi Maritime Square shopping mall. Key deliverables include :

• Relocation of existing minibus terminus;
• Re-provision of new KMB Regulator’s Office ;
• Construction of new Taxi drop off layby along EVA; and
• Modification of the existing bus terminus and MTR emergency services along the EVA.
